Research to interface

UX & Product Design

Research-led product and interface design that makes complex enterprise software feel effortless — and turns adoption from a hope into a metric.

Outcomes

What this gets you

UX consulting makes complex enterprise software something people choose to use. OneSolution America pairs user research with interface design for data-heavy products — so adoption becomes a metric, not a hope.

  • Turn low adoption into products people choose to use
  • De-risk builds with research and validated prototypes
  • Ship a design system that keeps teams fast and consistent
  • You shipped the features — and adoption still flatlined
  • Every screen looks different because five teams built five patterns
  • Big build decisions are riding on assumptions nobody has tested with a user
  • Your dashboards are technically correct and practically unread

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions buyers ask us before an engagement — answered straight. Anything we missed? Ask us directly.

Do you only design products that you also build?

No — standalone design engagements are common. Your own team (or another vendor) can build from our research, prototypes, and design system. When we do both, the handoff friction simply disappears.

What does UX research look like for an internal B2B tool?

Watching real operators do the actual job: interviews, journey mapping, and usability tests with the people who’ll live in the tool eight hours a day. B2B users can’t churn — but they can work around your software, and research is how you find out where they already do.

Is a design system worth it for a single product?

Once a product passes a handful of screens or more than one team touches it — yes. A design system is what keeps screen twenty consistent with screen two, and it makes every subsequent feature cheaper to design and build.

Can you improve dashboards our BI team already built?

Yes — data visualization design is a core part of this practice. We redesign for comprehension and action: what decision does this view serve, what should be seen first, what can go. It pairs naturally with our Business Intelligence practice.

Do you do accessibility audits?

Yes — WCAG 2.2 audits with a prioritized remediation plan, and we design new work accessible from the start, which is far cheaper than retrofitting compliance later.
