Do you only work with Power BI?
Power BI is our deepest practice — it’s the stack behind our Microsoft-recognized work — but we also design and build in Tableau and Looker. The decision-first design approach is the same regardless of tool.
Why does nobody use the dashboards we already have?
Usually because they were built around the data that was available, not the decisions people make. We start from the decision — what question, decided by whom, how often — and design backwards. That, plus performance and trust in the numbers, is what turns dashboards into a daily habit.
Can one semantic model really serve every team?
Yes — that’s the point of a governed semantic layer. One certified model defines “revenue” once, row-level security controls who sees what, and teams build their own reports on top without forking the logic.
Our reports are painfully slow. Can you fix that?
Almost always. Slow BI is usually a modeling problem — over-wide tables, unoptimized DAX, missing incremental refresh — rather than a tooling one. We audit the model first and fix the causes, not the symptoms.
